Can someone tell me what it is? I went ahead and disabled it but it seems to work the opposite way that it says in the box that pops up when you touch Disable. Its to stop itunes from deleting apps from the ipod right? Itunes never deleted anything from my ipod until I disabled the killswitch and now I am regretting messing with that feature at all!

That is almost a year old. The killswitch does not do anything of significance. They can not tell if your jailbroken, or if your using cracked apps, even though they should be able to tell for the latter.

You are using cracked apps. Go find a different forum.

actually the last thing I BOUGHT was Magic Camera from the itunes store. It is not cracked and I bought it via Itunes on the computer. It turned out that it was not compatible with the touch and just the Iphone and it would not sync to my ipod. The problem has been there ever since. I never said anything about using cracked apps and in fact the one or 2 that keep getting removed during sync are FREE apps from itunes.
