The wired one should, and if you have bluetooth, the wireless one will.

Yes, I use my wired one with my pc laptop sometimes. You can't squeeze it like with a Mac but it still works as a normal mouse. Wired keyboard also works. (well at least the older white one I have does)

My Bluetooth mightymouse and bluetooth apple keyboard work on both my MacBook and my PC running Vista, XP and Ubuntu.

As far as I am aware all of Apple's USB keyboards (since '96/7) and USB mice have worked on Windows or any pretty much any other major O/S without special drivers. This has certainly been the case in my experience with a number of apple keyboards and mice. The only difference really is a command key in place of the Windows key, however this functions as the windows key when using windows.
