So this SIM-Ejector Tool has been made out of this metal? But why was there the need to make something like this out of this "special" metal?
And so it feels and looks like plastic but is cheaper and easier to produce? Has it any other opportunities except that, maybe some especially for the customer?

I'm assuming you've never actually held the SIM removal tool?

It feels and looks like some type of metal, though it has more elasticity than a normal, run-of-the-mill metal would.

The manufacturing process is more like plastic; the physical properties stay fairly consistent with metal, the exception being the elasticity. Also, the liquid metal seems to be much more lightweight than normal.

Everytime I think of this material, I think of an iPad. It would retain the same physical properties of what we've come to expect from an iPad, while solving the almost universal complaint: the weight.
