Apple got owned?
The suit might not go through to the courts. If the courts don't want to take it, then Apple's off the hook. The best thing she should have done was return the iPhone after the one month trial period she got and terminated her contract if she didn't like it. It's not going to get too far.
Ouch. That woman is Chuck Norris in disguise or something..
lol. someone's got their ass bitten
Can I sue for 2.0 being so buggy?
I have a question. They say "iPhone's 3G Network".
SINCE WHEN IS APPLE A TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY?
If they have something to complain about 3G, maybe they should talk to the people who provide the 3G.
Maybe the woman is stupid and doesnt know that there isnt 3G in her area... maybe?
I dont have 3G in my area... so yea...
2000 Posts! Woot!
Well, given that other people are having issues and they're NOT on AT&T's network (being in other countries), AT&T is off the hook as it were. Infineon reports the radio in question is used on other phones which don't report the reception/drop issues so it's unlikely the courts will decide the blame falls on Infineon.
Still, isn't this thread in the wrong forum?
Hahha, I just noticed that too. And I've heard those Infineon chip problems too. I wonder whats going to happen though. They said that it couldn't be fixed with a software update.
So is the 3G maybe getting a Recall?
Theres rumors that Apple is secretly recalling them...
