Today I checked my Bank Account whilst following my iPod touch 4 package on the TNT Website, which states following:

Now I see on my Bankaccount, that Apple has cancelled my pre-order ( ANUL = Anulado - Cancelled in spanish) and gives me back my Money.

Why? Do they want to gift me an iPod?

Went to store.apple.com and checked my order:

    So, conclusion:
    1. TNT is in possession of my iPod, which atm is in Belgium, so Apple can't really take it back
    2. Apple has given me my Money back?

Makes no sense, but if they don't want money i'm okay

If you get one free you will be on my arch enemies list. And yes, I have a list. You'll be up there with Rupert Murdoch for cancelling firefly.

If I get one free I might just buy another one and be like "I have 2 iPod Touch 4"

If not reported, couldn't you get in trouble? I saw a similar thread. Apple is screwing up a lot lately.

I don't think I could get in trouble, since I didn't do anything, I dind't cancel the order or anything, I'm just waiting for it to arrive and see this... I dind't fraud any agreement or similar.

I agree that logically you shouldn't be in any trouble, but I wouldn't put it past Apple to file a civil suit for something so trivial...

Yeah, I think I will see what happens. If the iPod is in perfect conditions, it arrives on time and Apple doesn't take my money, I will call them and tell them about their error. If I get a iPod with lightleaks on the front and all that bs I might not tell them. But idk, I'll think about it when it arrives.

It's always people that sue Apple, never Apple sueing others.
