Well, I'm thinking on returning my Apple In-Ear Headphones that I got for Christmas. Looks like I have until Jan 9th to make up my mind. But then I was reading that "at apples assessment, they may charge a 10% restocking fee" What the heck? I didn't know apple would do that? I can understand if I bought a $2000 macbook, used it for a month and then decided I didn't want it and apple would have to clean it up and reformat it, but for just a set of headphones do you think they will charge me 10%?

Apple isn't the only company to charge a restocking fee. Since most, if not all, returned products are used, of course they'd charge a small fee.

If you go to Walmart, they don't have one. They just happen to have iPods and iPhones...

Exactly. Even better, buy from Costco. They have a 90 day return policy. You can pretty much do anything to it & they'll still take it back for a full refund.

I was forced to order them form apple because at the time, they where the only people that had them. I would have waited but I was forced to buy them early so I could have them for Christmas. Otherwise, I would have waited and bought them from somewhere else.

Oh well! Thanks for all help!
