Do you think it was copying or just a coincidence?

I like to think it like this:
-Apple employee in charge of this type of stuff visits zune website.
-Apple employee reads the catch phrase
    -Fast forward 1 year
-Apple employee goes and design new webiste
-Puts catch phrase on their own website.
    -Everyone gets butthurt
-Here I am posting this reply
    -Apple still seen as original

    I don't think it was copying, but i don't think it's a coincidence either.

I personally think that the "copied slogan" was a coincidence, I mean, what Apple employee would take an example off Microsoft?

It might be a case of amnesia plagiarism (that's not the actual name) where someone sees something, forgets about it, and 'get's a new idea' that was actually from something they saw. Some authors experience this on their own works, which can be very disgruntling.

So like the phrase was in the back of the guys memory, so when he was trying to think of something that came up?
