They're starting to piss me off, lately.
David Liebe Hart.
I saw that; it got me riled up a bit.
It's getting to the point where developer's are second-guessing their decision to develop for the iPhone platform. When you hear stories like this, other mobile platforms may seem more attractive, even if purely from a logistical standpoint
True. Personally, I think that the App Store is going to reach its peak in a few months. There are so many limitations, but at the same time, so many crappy, generic apps.
However, a lot of companies like Sega and Namco are pumping out ridiculous games, so they might be the AS's saving grace.
That's pathetic. Really, Apple is making a mistake with stopping these.
However, perhaps with a firmware update, well see a dictionary that is kind of tied in with Spotlight...
The big-time companies will be fine. Apple cares much more about them than your average independent developer. The big companies have their apps rocketed through the submission /update process, in most cases.
The time will come when Apple will realize their mistakes... The only question is if it will be too late.
I'd take Namco off. They aren't afraid of bringing popular franchises to the App Store. Sega on the other hand, is blatantly ridiculous when it comes to the App Store.
lol, Sega's made a genesis emulator. They can literally release as many genesis games as they want.
They're basically Clueless
I have Dictionary! and it has those words and much more. Wtf is wrong with apple
