But what they show of at Google that Apple didn't? -ADK - port access was intruduce in 3.0 -Music on cloud - avable via Mobile.me -Movie Rentals - iTunes had it even before iPhone Only that they showed was and iOS devices missing is NFC (it's still adoptive technology for phones) nad host USB Thru in terms of sales, I can see android take over thru it's not a hardware it's a software If that was true people would not need to know about restore
In my opinion, Android just keeps getting worse and worse, not better: Privacy Flaw Exposes 99.7% of Android Phones to Snoop Attacks
Lol maybe you'll have a problem but Apple will still be fine. They could gold plate a cat turd and stamp a logo on it and it would sell That's how good at marketing they are! I think they will blow us away with OS 5.0 I'm hoping the 'special' thing is release the day of or at least a week later, for ALL devices. It was so sh*tty when they announced 4.0 and then they are like "Oh but iPad doesn't get it till... October." But even then it was held off and annoying
Impossible. Apple wants time to be able to distribute the new SDK's to devs so they can start developping before iOS5's release.
do you not realize that IOS is actually the more prevalent platform? Android only beats iOS in the smartphone market. Apple is beating it by a whole lot as far as the whole platform goes.
And that's perfectly fine. I'm simply pointing out that you are all operating under the false statement of "Android is killing iOS." It's not. At all. The iPhone is killing it as far as profit goes. And whoever said that Apple is the next RIM in this thread, well... I'm afraid that you are dead wrong. Absolutely dead wrong.
Nah. The way I see it, iOS and Android are two separate, parallel lines. They will never cross. They are just competing to the top, but will never cross pads. Android has its good things, and iOS is likewise. There is no such thing as iOS > Android, or vice-versa. It's just personal preference. I prefer Android, as it's more open.
They haven't always followed that pattern. When they released 2.0, they actually gave the SDK to large developers FIRST (like EA, Sega, ect.) and kept everything under wraps before making the SDK available to smaller developers. They could be doing the same thing as we speak.
