It's in the TOS that jailbreakers are banned.

I have two jailbroken iphone and I just bought an App from the store a few minutes ago. I call shenanigans. Why would apple ban a paying customer? Millions at that, with jailbroken phones.

My ID is UnlockediPhone3G and my old one was FUSteveJobs.

It's a silly policy, they won't ban the horde of jailbroken users from buying apps, and when they ban the high-profile "instigators", it's more laughable than anything.

That said, it's not usually a good idea to be any sort of "hacker" (legal or not) under your real name.

    Doubt that

Guys I really doubt this because if they wanted to ban all the jail breakers they would lose so much in profit and wouldn't help them in any way...so they ban the jail breakers and lose profit or keep them be and keep making profit...
