Well guys, what do you think? Surprised? I personally am not. Once you get to the size of Apple that sort of thing is expected. Other then the use of children, I pity that Apple is charging so much on their products despite made in terrible conditions

    Just skimmed through it, but:

This'll bring more people hating Apple, but really, basically every major corporation has used child labour.

At least Apple is honest about it and is doing something about it. Unlike many other companies.

Every Apple product I bought over the years has been fine. Except my mighty mouse. What a piece of sh*t. I'm going to assume it was built by a 15 year old and I'm glad apple is doing something about it.

In all seriousness, a lot of companies have this problem weather they admit it or not. They out source everything to wherever they can get it done the cheapest. This is the consequence.

Everything we Americans and other "1st word countries" consume is manufactured in countries with weaker labor laws or ignored. The majority of the world ignores the problem or just doesn't know really.

Everything I own says "Made in China" or "Made in Mexico" what are we going to do, walk around in home made togas and live in hand made mud huts with only the bare necessities of life? Because literally I can only find a hand full of things in my home that were not made in another country and probably, maybe may not have been made using child labor or built with what amounts to slave labor.

I'm glad to here Apple is doing something about it and I hope others follow suit. They are the only ones with control of it and the only ones who can change this horrible fact of life.

Yeah. At least they're honest and not trying to cover it up or anything. That would look *much* worse on their track record.

I know that this may be morally wrong on my part, but why are all Apple products so expensive if some workers aren't paid minimum wage?
