You know how when you just hit the home button the app just minimizes and you have to hold the button for a few seconds to close it?

I don't think people actually spend time opening many apps and completely closing them so how about having an actual GUI showing every app still running in the background and be able to close it within that app.

I think it saves more time and will keep up the performance of your iPod.

wouldn't that be more annoying than holding the home button for a few seconds

not really... cause imagine this situation... u where just using ur ipod and well u used alot of apps... and then u feel like that the ipod is running a lil bit slower ... (plus the battery charge last a bit longer with less apps working) and well u just would have to open an app to terminate all the apps that are running in the background... that would be just one time process instead of having to close every single app manually...

I have to agree, some times, I have around 15 apps running at the same time (you can see them with sysinfo). It would be a great app.

i know sysinfo does this, but sysinfo show like weird names, and gets confusing, so this would be great

I could probably make a powersave app

it would do stuff like close all apps, lower the brightness, and other crap

    Sounds nice!

I'd rather not have my iPot lose its charge over a few apps that couldn't quit.
And the Powersave app would help when I need to squeeze out some hours at 20% battery.
