App to close down running processes?

    1. There are a few games like Raging Thunder that do not close down when you hold down the home button like a lot of the other apps. Instead if you hold down the home button these apps lock up your ipod and it take quite a while to get them shutdown and get the ipod rebooted. I saw somewhere where someone said to go into some app and close down the running processes. What application can I do this in?

    2. I'm in Installer trying to install a game and its just sitting on "Downloading package..." and not going anywhere. If I close down installer while its in the middle of this, are there some temporary files I should go in and delete for this program that "partially" downloaded?

    Well, there is always SysInfo to shut down processes

    And I want to know about number 2 also!

    it downloads into /va/mobie/Library/installer/temp but the next time you download something it deletes the file in there so no need to worry about number 2

    And to the guy that just barely beat me... the file has always stayed there for me so you might wanna double check that.
