    ok, make a new folder in var/stash/themes.xxx make a new directory call it what ever you want (.theme) inside add a directory called Bundles inside that directory add another called com.apple.springboard inside there add another dir called en.Iproj inside make a .txt file and add this content

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
    <plist version="1.0"><dict>

    <key>NavigationBarStyle</key>
    <string>1</string>

    <key>UndockedIconLabelStyle</key>
    <string>/*font-family: monospace;*/ font-size: 13px; color: black</string>

    <key>DockedIconLabelStyle</key>
    <string>/*font-family: monospace;*/ font-size: 13px; color: black</string>

    <key>TimeStyle</key>
    <string>/*font-family: monospace;*/ font-size: 16px; color: black</string>

    <!--key>ComposeStoreIcons</key>
    <false/-->

    </dict></plist>

    save it then chance the extension of the .txt file to .strings

    then activate the them in winterboard. hope this helps

    Here you are.

    Unzip it

    Place it in /var/stash/Themes.XXXXX

    Activate in Winterboard

    EDIT: Wait sorry that isn't the working one. Just sec....

    EDIT2: There this one is the one that works. (I edited it from my iPhone and forgot that I didn't update it on my computer)
