    First, open Categories.
Under each of your Categories is a location.
Usually its something like Category000.app, or Category001.app.
Make note of each of these.

Make a new folder, called Categories Theme
Inside it, make a new folder called Folders
Inside the Folders folder, create a new folder named for the category you want to skin.

(For example, if my Games folder was listed as Category000.app, inside my Folders folder, I would create a new folder called Category000.app.)

Repeat this process for how many Categories you have.

    ---------------------------------

Inside your CategoryXXX.app folder, you need two files.
The loading screen should be named Default.png
The background should be named background.png
(these need to be named exactly, they ARE case-sensitive)

Each file needs to be .PNG, and 320x480p

    ----------------------

In case this is confusing, heres a half assed demo i whipped up in like 2 minutes:

    Idk...

The instructions I gave you are only for Categories
For skinning other things, I think they might go in a Bundles folder instead of a Folders folder, and it would be com.apple.mobilesafari, then the Default.png, but not sure here, just taking a shot out of the dark

    Found out how:

Inside your theme folder, create a folder called Bundles.
Inside the bundles folder, create folders according to:

    com.apple.MobileMusicPlayer (Music Player)
    com.apple.MobileSafari (Safari Web Browser)
    com.apple.Cydia (Cydia Installer)
    com.apple.MobileMail (Mail Application)
    com.apple.MobileCal (Calendar)
    com.apple.AppStore (Application Store)

    (MUST BE CAPITALIZED)

Inside your com.apple.XXX folder, place a new Default.png in it to overwrite the wallpaper for it.

It has to have a capital D in Default.

And the "Folders" folder should work too. Sorry if you were misinformed iThemer.

    <theme>/Folders/<name of .app>.app/Default.png should work.

    And it's com.apple.mobileipod, not mobilemusicplayer.

And it's com.saurik.cydia or lowercase "c" cydia for Cydia. Not com.apple!
