I tried some ways people said here to export the app I made with XCode to my iPod Touch, and it always crash when I open it, I tried adding the app to the /Applications folder with SSH and I tried moving my app to my iPod with the Organizer, but still crash. It always crash immediately when I open it. Can anyone help me? It's really annoying to test my apps only on the simulator all the time.

I think you have to set the folder permissions to 775... I could be wrong.

    They are 755, I'll try 775.
You mean the .app folder right?

I tried it and it's not working...

Did you remember to sign your code?

Install Syslog from Cydia and after it crashes, open the file /var/log/syslog (I think), it should say something.

My guess is that you have an Intel executable, not an ARM. Anyway, it should say the reasons in the log file.

If it is crashing when you install it the "correct" way with Xcode, then it is probably your code...

It's called debugging, and is only the most important process ever when it comes to software development. You must work out the bugs in your application. Open the console from Xcode and see what the problem was.

    I don't think he's payed his 100 bucks, that's why he's putting his app in /Applications.

I'm willing to bet that you're using a Simulator compiled version. There are various workarounds to get Xcode to compile a Device version of your application.

No I did not sign my code, how do I do that?
And I also tried with .app files I downloaded from the web, still crash.
