All i need is a really simple app to adjust the system volume of the ipod.

    Simple!

The reason i can't use the volume in the music.app is because the slider is too small for me to quickly reach. So all i ask is for the slider to be about an inch thick going vertically on the ipod screen.

If anyone can do this for me it would be great and i'd like to offer my services to them whenever they need it in the form of photshop or vb.net programming

Could you PM me or post it here if you have made one
    Thanks again

An app to change the system volume? That's pointless.
Plus, you can't make UISlider's any thicker than they already are.
And exiting what you're in, opening up this application and then changing the volume would be quicker?
Fiddling around with the slider in the double-tap menu would be 10x faster.

if you have an ipod touch, double tap. if you have an iphone, volume clickers.

What I need is a quick way to turn music up and down, pocket touch is just the thing, the whole screen is like a slider, except I need to go from 0 volume to full volume in one swipe, a UISlider is too small to do without looking

so you want an app that will continuously run like in your pocket that you could just change volume with?

Don't go 0 - 100% volume in a full swipe. PocketTouch was secifically designed to not do that, as early iterations of the app nearly deafened people.

Anyway, on 3.0, the answer is to [REDACTED--NDA].

On 2.x, the answer is to use my PocketTouch framework. It polls for the system volume and allows you to increase/decrease it by a custom sensitivity level.

On 1.x, use the Celestial framework.
