anything but restore, fix anyone? PLEASE

    What exactly is the problem? Because as far as I can see the link to the other thread seemed to provide all the information you would need.

    ok, i know i got a lot of great help, im just trying to find alternatives to restore...thanks anyway i think i'll just go ahead with the restore!

    ok put in restore mode then use ziphone to put in to recovery mode.

    in itunes? put in restore mode from itunes?

    I don't think your quite grasping the message. From what I understand your saying is : "I have an iPod full of all my stuff and now its gone into restore mode and I don't want to restore it , I want it back to normal." If that is what you are saying, then all I could say is boot up ZiPhone and press Normal Mode and see if it can get you back to normal, if not then I'd say you're going to have to plug it into your computer open up iTunes and click Restore <- (Thus resulting in all your stuff being deleted).

    Also you could try what xcheetahx123 said.

    ok first calm down. Download iliberty+
    google it
    once u install it go to other tools
    and hit Jump out of recovery mode.
    It worked for me

    If it won't connect to iTunes, I would try deleting the iTunes_Control folder itself, then all you have to do is resync the music...

    lol thanks guys! i wouldve tryed the iliberty thing but i just finished restoring
