I am, and it's actually not half bad. IE Metro app mode is actually an acceptable for of IE, but no Metro apps can run on my netbook's 10" screen, so I had to edit the Registry to allow for a slightly larger screen resolution. Lag is a lot less, sleeping & waking is much faster, and everything from Windows 7 seems to be working. First thing I installed was Chrome. :p Desktop-only, though. The desktop isn't as hidden as I thought it'd be. Pretty integrated in my opinion. Anyone else using the Win 8 Consumer Preview? Anyone have questions about it?

Would it work on VMWare, or any other virtual machine software? I dual-booted Ubuntu with Win7, so I don't want to delete any OS's.

You can trio-boot, I am with Win7, Win8, and Ubuntu. You just need enough partitions. Anyway, I've seen many how-tos to set it up in VirtualBox. Google it.

Are you using the right drivers on your desktop?

I love it, I upgraded from the Developer Preview this morning. Windows 8's multitasking is superb, it's just to bad that my screen resolution doesn't support it natively.

The betta fish is a piss off.

I agree, if only the apps would stop crashing...

Use Windows Vista/7 drivers. If they don't work use compatibility mode.
