Ok so well some of you may of saw a thread about me trying to install veency... well i still havn't got it to work but something else came out of it.
and that is that it says:

    Code:
    Removing veency...
dpkg - warning: while removing veency, directory `/system/library/coreservices/springboard.app' not empty so not removed.
dpkg - warning: while removing veency, directory `/system/library/coreservices' not empty so not removed.

    W: Couldn't stat source package list http://d.mobilecinema.com ./ Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/d.mobilecinema.com_._Packages) - stat
(2 No such fie or directory)
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems

I'm so confused. So here's the story i was looking for veency in cydia search i set it as developer, rebooted, still not there so i ran apt-get install veency as root and still got something along the lines of
    Code:
    W: Couldn't stat source package list http://d.mobilecinema.com ./ Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/d.mobilecinema.com_._Packages) - stat
(2 No such fie or directory)
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
and then i tried to install again and it just said there are no upgrades available. and then i looked at the springboard, nothing, looked in cydia, nothing.

What the heck is the problem. All i ever wanted was an app... still dnt hav it.

That indicates that some client is connected to your device.

It is only there when something is connected to it with VNC.

    1) That message seems to mean it is trying to delete the folder "/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app", which is your Home Screen, so I have no idea why it wants to do this. Same with the other one.

    2) You would know it is installed if it is listed in Cydia, or if you can connect to your iPod with VNC.

ok well i tried it again and it all seems good except after it says:
    Code:
    Setting up veency (0.9.2591-1) ...
    W: Couldn't stat source package list http://d.mobilecinema.com ./ Packages (/var/lib/apt/lists/d.mobilecinema.com_._Packages) - stat
(2 No such file or directory)
    Then it says it again...
    Code:
W: you may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
well tht seems like its ok at the bottom, but what does it mean by no such file or directory (i kno wat it means) but like it says setting up then that... so idk wat to make of it?

You can also check if it's installed by checking in /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ and looking if there's "Veency.dylib", and "Veency.plist".
