Just wondering of there is a step-by-step guide out there. I'd love to try and do it, but I have no idea how!

me neither, but there's apparently a post in one of the "pwn" threads that mentions that you can get into the /core directory of the firmware and you can get to /applications to add stuff... as well as somewhere in there you can change the boot screens and such

You can add apps but they wont work, I think the only thing you can customize at the moment is the boot logo as you said

Do those apps show up on the springboard? Cause if they're able to show up, then we're in good shape for them to eventually actually open and work correctly.

PLEASE let me know how you did once you figured it out. I really don't want to install/customize everything over and over again.

Yup think so, im basing this on someones post. They said they showed up but crash back to springboard when opened

EDIT: this is how we are going to be able to do it (well easier anyway)

They are and have been busy releasing Pwnage and wanted to wait until pwnage was fully released (Windows inluded) before releasing it. So not long?
