I am thinking about just keeping my iPod. It does have the light leak issue, nothing major, but I am thinking that I will just keep it and before the year warranty is up, get it replaced. This is unless it gets worse...

Mine has a small light leak around the volume buttons and the clicking in the video. I will probably keep it unless more problems pop up.

If it doesn't bother you, then I suggest keep it. But if it truly bothers you that you can't get it out of your mind - get it exchanged

I'm gonna keep it for a little while, because if I get it replaced right now, maybe that one have a worse light leak. Besides, I'm gonna put a case over it...

I couldn't care less about the light leak issue.

It's been present on my iPt3G (much worse than on my 4th gen), and I didn't return it.

I just don't see it as a big problem.

I'm going to return mine for a refund... paying $300 for an mp3 player, come on, the device is supposed to be perfect and defect-free. Hey, is it normal to have some kind of "pale" lighting on the corners of the ipod, like on the very edges of the screen? I have those...find it kinda weird.

Mine had 2 small spots, but my case covers it up so no need to replace it.
