I bought the Proporta aluminium lined leather iPod Touch case, as reviewed here: http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=158792 I bought it direct from Proporta via their ebay shop. I am convinced the case is plastic, not leather. It smells of plastic, and the side panels are thin and backed with woven material consistent with plastic or bicast. A colleague I showed it to agreed. Does anyone have the case, and is theirs obviously leather? I am trying to figure out how to determine the material, and contacting trading standards if it is plastic. By the way, I do not recommend it. The screen surround interferes with typing, and it slides out when you insert the USB cable or headphones when the top is undone. It also smells of plastic.
