I noticed when I turn my iPhone 4 on, sometimes I see couple pixels light up and pop out of no where during the Apple logo then disappear when the homescreen appear. Is this normal or what?

Well, before it was jb, I kinda noticed a few pixel appear next to the Apple logo, not that much, but a little like 1-5 pixels.

Now, it was like a line strraight across the screen during the Apple logo.

Those lines you see are what make the jailbreak untethered in a way. Read up and you will understand.
It is normal and a good thing to see those when using that jailbreak.

What do you mean it's a good thing?

And is there an article for it?

The important thing to remember is that this line of pixels does nothing to the normal running of your ipod.

They could, but it's very unlikely. Try to put a compeltely black photo on your iPhone and look at it in fullscreen. If you see some pixels stuck on other colors that black, you have stuck pixels. Else its just the Jailbreak.
