It's not a huge kept secret that someone can kill iProtect and Lockdown by entering safemode and deleting it on Cydia (Oops, spoiler alert. Too late.)

I'm wondering what I can do kill the option on SB settings to go into safemode.

I can edit .plists and such easily enough but SB settings is scattered all over root ... it even has it's own daemon.

just password protect your iPhone, set if to password for the longest set time. But whenever your springboard resprings it will always ask for the password no matter what.

SafeMode is needed. It protects your iPod when something goes wrong. It's very useful. If you manage to delete it and your iPod goes into safe mode then your screwed. Oh and safemode has nothing to do with sbsettings. It's just an option the dev of sbsettings added.

I don't wanna protect the whole thing, though. I'm picky.

    Yep

Your only choice is to change the activator method to something that prevents them from opening it outside the lockscreen then setting a lockscreen password.
