It would be an amazing horizontal flip. Has anyone heard of a springboard, theme, etc that would make the entire home page on the iPod Touch completely landscape?

open a theme on your computer, rotate all icons 90', turn off icon labels in smb prefernces, use a land scape( rotated 90') background

Has anyone tried this idea? Does it work well if I can keep the labels the apps on a landscape home page?

Also, how would the dock look flipped horizontally?

True...labels can be hidden through Customizer though. If you are okay with that.

and also...yes, that would be very cool, but think about how annoying it would be too flip the ipod back to portrait for use with 90% of the apps.

You'd have to re-make all of your icons and put text in them on the side so it looks right. Somebody should make a Summerboard theme like this and put it in the iPTF Official Repository.

True... you could make a Summerboard theme for landscape and one for portrait... but I'd get too annoyed switching between the two

How would it be annoying? It's a simple replace of the EXACT same theme, but portrait or landscape respectively.

But yeah, someone should try this and post a repository on it!!!

Sorry for the double post, but bringing back an old thread I made in December.

Someone by the name of fletcher1313 PMed me about creating a landscape theme last week, so I just wanted to know how the progress is coming along.
