Install to a different location than the the first iTunes that you have.

    Ex: Install iTunes 8.2 to C:\Program Files\iTunes 8.2
    Install iTunes 9.1 to C:\Program Files\iTunes 9.1

You could only do it on a computer running multiple OS (i.e. dual boot), or in a virtual environment independent of your core OS.

Well I honestly don't see the purpose of doing that. I mean the only thing I can think of is that you want to have two different library's. Which if that is they case just make another account on your computer.
