Any package like iWebKit/iui that supports "uitabview"?

I'm currently making a webapp using iWebKit, and in the process of making it look as iphone-y as possible, I'd like to be able to emulate the UITabView. For those of you who don't know what this is, UITabView is essentially the "tabs" on the black bar at the bottom of certain apps, such as Tweetie or Cydia (i.e. what you tap to navigate to Featured, Changes, Search etc in Cydia).

Are there any web development packages like iWebKit or iui that have implemented this? (Or will I have to do it myself...?)

    Hey parm.
You will have to do it yourself, as it would be very difficult to do, and would be a pain to ask iWebKit devs to do it after taking it so far.

that's near to imposible without some slugish js tricks since the iphone does not allow fixed items in the background.
So it will probably not be implented.
