Well of course! Windows mobile was just eghhhh. Phone 7 was pretty cool, but not my thing, Android has been pretty awesome for me. I flash new ROMs pretty much every other day now, and I've tried out every OS available [ except Meego, because I cannot find the actual OS download anywhere!]
I was looking at em' yesterday on both craigslist and ebay, unfortunately, they cost $120-$160 and i have no money. I regret selling my HD7 which is similar, except the fact that it is running WP7 (WP7 fanboy all the way! ) , and bought a droid 1. Gosh i freakin hate Android, laggy as f*ck!
A Nexus S maybe... they'll be going down in price a lot once the Galaxy Nexus comes out... the HD7 is getting cheaper too, but honestly it's the exact same as the HD2 just with 1 less button and 5 less OS choices
I had the HD7 before my droid, just that i didn't like the camera, the speaker broke (fell from 3 feet and bye-bye), red looks like pink when you look at screen in different angle, etc.
