My battery seems to be draining a lot faster

Also my phone seems to be warm.... maybe i should just get 4.0 beta 3? Sucks though i hope the jailbreak team relizes this and fixes it!

have you tried restoring and re-jailbreaking? It may just be you.

I have the same problem, after jailbreaking with spirit the battery drain lot faster and the battery reading in status bar (percentage activate trough sbsetting) is in accurate, when charging some times it stop at 86% no mater how long you charge it, it also show a different reading with other battery utility app (show a lower percentage)

jailbreaking does this to your battery.. beta 3 is fast but it's still beta though. I haven't noticed any bugs with it.

I thought it depends on the apps you install and not the actual jailbreak.
and for the OP: Nope. I never noticed any battery problems but i haven't really installed any cydia apps. I just did the spirit jailbreak this morning.

hmm the battery is very bad now it seems. Barely charging at all. i didnt have any issues when i was on 3.1.3 before jailbreak. I have a work cable i use to charge to my work computer that doesnt look in that great of shape. i wonder if that has something to do with it. Would that explain it being warm as well?
