Any Must-Get Apps on Cydia?

    Hey Guys,
    I just jbed my 2g ipod touch, so now I have cydia and installer. I was just asking if there is any apps that are really good that I should get ?

    Open SSH and Winterboard
    vital for themes and anything else you might want to do

    Get the theme iPear. Great theme. Open SSH and winterboard like bluchchavez said. Another is Siphone. Categories, MIM (Make it mine), MxTube, Finder, Rename, Customize, BossPrefs, Dock, SBSetings. And theres a lot more. Thats just some.

    you need boostool to kep your system memory high. this moves you downloaded apps to a different location other than the system memory.

    ... except that Cydia, by default, already moves all the apps you download into the /Applications folder into the /var/ partition, which means all of those apps ARE out of the System folder. And the App Store installs to /var/mobile/Applications.

    Are you SURE you're using Firmware 2.x and Cydia?

    Yea - My .ipsw file said 2.2.1 5H11a and yeah, it's Cydia for sure.

    I was asking bboydanyo this because he thought you needed BossTools to move apps to the /var partition, even though Cydia does that by default. In other words, it's unnecessary to have BossTools for that purpose.

    I'm finding that installing Winterboard throws my stjb it2g into a continuous reboot loop.
