If you are into 3D games, you should know they will be faster on an iPad2... The new iPad lacks the power to drive the retina display at high frame rates.

Uh, news to me, pretty sure ipad3 will be just as fast if not faster than ipad2, apple never goes backwards in performance, they didn't put a quad core gpu in there for nothing
only issue ive encountered is the new ipad dies alot quicker while playing games. Im always on max brightness and wifi, been playing games non stop the past few days. Seems to last 5 hours ish
