Any Idea why my ipod wont go into DFU???

    Im trying to jailbreak but on redsnow going through the process of DFU it wont work i goes through the first 2 stages but the on the third stage about 10 secs in the computer beeps twice asif the ipod has been connected and disconnected quickly ???

    Then you're not doing it right in the redsnow program there is a tutorial on how to it. once you do it it tells the ipdo is detected into dfu mode

    It's not possible for it NOT to work,it's built-in hardware, most people tend to forget to connect it to there comp, or when holding home+sleep let go of sleep immediately after it turns off (you let got 3 seconds AFTER it turn off)

    you might be doing dfu wrong
    try what i do to get it right every time
    open itunes and make sure your ipod shows up
    when it does hold the sleep/power button and the home button
    when it disappears from itunes wait 3 seconds and let go of the sleep but keep holding home
    eventually your computer will recognized it as apple ipod dfu at least mine does
    doing this to get into dfu was easier then the redsn0w tutorial so you might wanna try it
    if it still doesnt work it might be something else
