Is there any Difference betweeen DFU and Recovery Mode? Because sometimes I see people talking about them as if they are different things. But I thought that they were the same? So whats right?

DFU is when the ipod restores. Restore mode is the process before DFU

DFU is the action of placing the iPod/iPhone in Recovery mode, Recovery mode is what you get if you do the DFU process.
