Any apps to help find wifi?

    Do any of you have a special app. that helps to find wifi around you? I've seen WiFinder but does it really do anything?
    Sorry if this is in the wrong section as well. First time on here.

    i use wifinder.
    its good exept if you go to join a network with a password it wont let you enter it.
    i just use it because i cant be bothered going into settings>wifi to see networks.

    IMO, it's pretty useless. But hey, it's free so you can check it out

    There's also WifiTrak and WiFiFoFum (Wifi Scanner)

    Try WifiFoFum. You can check for any detailed info about any wi-fi (using 802.11 standard) around you such as MAC address, access point, security, etc... I think this is by far the most comprehensive wi-fi finder you can get for $2.99.
