Does mcafee remove this virus?
Google a manual removal.
I concur with the manual removal.
Or you can try MS Security Essentials; I've actually found it to be pretty decent.
Same here, it's actually better than I thought it would be.
Malware Bytes is very good.
I've tried manual removal and it kepps coming back. Noe I'm just waiting for a mcafee update to fix this as it is in a nonroot account and is not the whole system
Btw I'm onxp
Mcafee cant delete the rogue software you are going to have use combofix google it. That's what I used when I got Antivirus 2009. It removes quick. After that use Malwarebytes to scan for anything else.
I agree, malwarebytes is amazing.
MS Security Essentials is decent, but I prefer AVG
