I'm using a layer transformation to modify an image, but the result is an image with jagged edges.

From what I've read on the frameworks, anti aliasing is automatic for all 4 edges of a layer, but it's not working. I don't know if the image is being anti aliased before the transformation is applied, or what's the problem.

    Here's an image to explain:

Are you making a clickwheel emulator?

Yeah, first version is gonna be just the "Now Playing" screen. Then I'll add the whole song selection thing.

Images are for testing, some are programmer art and some are extracted from the iPhone.

The clickwheel touch engine is already working =).

I don't know if it's going to be accepted on the AppStore, because it's only a media player, but if it's not, it'll be on Cydia.

It's easy enough, and you'll find it. It's just that i can't do anything that helps the competition.

    Is this what you need?

Looks cool though. And nice song btw.

EDIT: I found this in Apple's iPhone Programming Guide:

There must be a way to do it programmatically, however...

Well, I'll settle with that for now. There must be another way, but I rather spend my time writing code for the app than looking for another way.

    Looks way better:

Time is one of my favorite songs as well. Heck, that whole album is fantastic.

Anyway, if you were trying to do a 1:1 copy of the iPod Video interface, there is no transformation on the artwork.
