I'm starting to get really annoyed these days with jailbreaking. So many problems pop up, it's quite annoying. (I'm still very greatful

Anwyay, I have yet another problem...

    - I backed up my 'AddressBook.sqlitedb' from when I had firmware 2.1.

    - I then upgraded to 2.2 (for Yellowsn0w).

    - SSH'd back into my iPhone and placed the 'AddressBook.sqlitedb' into private/var/mobile/Library/AddressBook/

    - Now evertime I try to save a new contact it doesn't work.

    - I can go to 'Add new contact' type in the name and everything, then click on 'save' but it doesn't show up in my contacts list.

    - I can 'add to existing contact' and it works fine.

Don't know what the problem is, can someone help please!

Make sure that that file is not set to a read only mode. Maybe it got set as read only and will no longer take new contacts. Try to SSH in again and see if you can change it.

Nope that's not the problem, file wasn't read-only. Please someone help, it's quite annoying! I've been saving number in Notes lol.

    I don't think they're the same thing

Should have made yourself more clear.

It doesn't matter anymore, it's fixed, that's all that matters.
