I just jailbroke my iPod Touch using this tutorial: http://www.ipodtouchhacks.com/ipod-touch/detailed-instructions-on-how-to-jailbreak-114/
It all appeared to be working fine, but something is wrong with the internets.

My iPod no longer remembers any username/password data. So if I sign in to a website, by the time I have logged on to it, and click somewhere else, it has already forgotten who I am and signed me out. It was fine before the JBing process, how do I fix it?

    Thanks.

    I had the same problem.
    This fixed it for me.

Login to iPhone using SSH. Change the directory “/var/mobile/Library/Cookies” and the file inside to 777. Restart the iPhone and it should work again.

Let me know how it works.

I'm new to this whole not-being-a-noob thing, I logged in, went to that directory, and I found the file "cookies.plist". Now what do I do?

Do you use WinSCP? if you do then

Rightclick on the file and go Properties (F9) and change the numbers in Octal to 0777
