I was on 2.2.1 JB and my account was the only one that was associated to the App Store and iPod Touch. I bought 3.0 and I JB that also and after I JB it there was an update in the App Store and it was Skype. I never downloaded skpye and I can't find it in my application on the iPod. When I click on update it has a different e-mail address and it's not mine.

What happened and what do I do?

Do you share your computer with other individual(s)?

Plug your iPod into your computer, open iTunes, go to Store > Authorize this computer.

You can always delete skype and not worry about it again. Skype is free, so there's no push for account theft speculation.
