Animated wallpapers

    Don't know if its been mentioned on here before but this app looks pretty cool. I'm not sure when its getting released

    It said it'll be released after some app called iToday, but that looks incredible! I don't care if the battery will drain, for me it's worth it. Looks amazing.

    amazing... simply amazing. But rather than using video format, how come no one has tried to emulate or make animated giff format playable on iPhone/iPod Touch? They're smaller in size and doesn't drain your battery as much as a video file would.
    If it's possible, than not only will you have an animated background on your springboard, but you can also have animated icons for all your apps! Imagine how themes like LCARs or the Predator LCD or maybe even the Matrix can look so much better with animation on them.

    it's like dreamscene (I believe that's the name) from vista...it's a great addon to the springboard

    XMB would be kinda cool but unintuitive given we have access to a full touch screen. I think XMB only works well if you have directional buttons.
