I have used iPhoDroid 0.6 Beta to put Android Froyo on my iPhone 3G. Is there any way to download apps from the android marketplace and use them on my iphone? (while running the android os of course)

In theory, apps from the Android Marketplace should work on an Android OS, regardless of the hardware.

In 'Settings' you should enable sideloading apps. After that, you can use basically any source of Android apps. Probably the most popular is appbrain.com.
