Seeing as most, if not all app switchers work in 4.0 (I've tested multifl0w, ProSwitcher, circuitous, and kirikae) I have an idea for a quick fix. Just make it so that the multitasking bar only displays backgrounded apps. Now, if this has already been suggested, tell me and I'll lock/delete it. But I'd like to hear some ideas?

Search 'remove recents' in cydia, it does the job nicely

Well, I guess it's been done then. Locking/deleting.

    EDIT: I guess I can't.

Also, remove recents didn't seem to do anything.

I'm running apps that I know dont have native backgrounding, and they still show up. Do I need to turn it on?
