    OMG it isnt illegal, what this is saying is NO SOFTWARE tampering. By that turn this into like a spy device, if this was illegal more precautions would be taken. Roms are illegal on it, but No one CARES! It doesnt matter

    Even Jarel (My dad's friend who works at apple) jailbreakshis iPod no one cares, all apple reprenenatives have jailbroken iPods..I think

    lol, yeah it is illegal, read my first post? but as I said, if all you're doing is jailbreaking, its likely that nothing will happen to you, but if you're making a program that jailbreaks or distributing it, you're at greater risk
