I know the fingers in iMunchies (the popcorn app) are just a movie, So I assume this is. I mean, how would it work if it was real?

Is it worth it to you to pay for something to "pretend" your iphone/Touch is an x-ray machine, but only of your hand?
Think: how many times am I really going to use this? Do I have enough friends to show this off with?
If you're happy with your answers, then.........

perhaps it uses the camera to detect the position using -sensors and then magicaly makes the iphone an x-ray device..
