    I don't think the English language pack has that. But one of the Asian languages do.

    You get it on your device when Japanese is enabled.

    It is also available with Chinese.

    It is because this feature was designed for use with Asian Languages.

    I thought I could trick it by activating a Japanese keyboard and putting words in the dictionary but then using the English keyboard but it just ignored the words I entered. For example the word "h e l l" still corrects to he'll. Very annoying.
