Does anyone know of an alternative to BossPrefs? I find it very hard to use and was looking for something that is a little more user friendly.

(Specifically something that will toggle SSH on and off)

SBSetting seems like what you want.

I recently just got it, and I like it a lot so far. It can toggle SSH on and off, like you wanted also.

Yeah I saw that but I would rather have a single icon on my Springboard for my jailbreak settings rather that having several icon toggles scattered all over the place.

What are you talking about? SBSetings doesnot even has an icon on the springboard n probably the most cleanest JB app ever. You can even hide icons with n use the hidden icon by searching in Spotlight search. So what's wrong with it?

Ah you are right I just figured out how to activate SBSetting and all of the toggles drop down from the top. It is a very clean app.

But how exactly do I activate it? I have to attempt to activate it several time before it will drop down. Where exactly do I push on the title bar?

There's no pushing. You just slide the status bar.
