Yeah, I'm having the same problem, seemingly from the modmyifone source. Maybe they're working on it...

EDIT: Okay, having the same problem from Ste Packaging... WTF?

    try re-installing installer.
run the installer app and go to un-install. choose installer and click re-install

Just making sure but...did u clear the download queue

it could just be one not working and it keeps trying to download it first. That happened to me a while ago.

Usually download failed error is caused by either one of these:
    1) File no longer on server
    2) File on server not matching md5 checksum described in the source
    3) Transfer failed (get better internet connection)

Usually Main script execution error is caused by one or more of these:
    1) Bad queue, clear it.
    2) Lack of BSD SubSystem, install it.
    3) Package you're trying to install does not support firmware you're using, downgrade/upgrade to the one that works if you really want to use it that much.
    4) Installer is messed up, re-install it.

Other than the above, there's not a whole lot end-line users can do about it. You can always use the contact email in the package to contact the dev or source owner, but chances are, they're not going to have time to reply to all hundreds of thousands of hacked iPod Touch / iPhone users having trouble. All you can do is wait and hope that it fixes itself, or install the application manually via SSH and commands.
