I recently had a problem with cydia when uninstalling a package, I tried many fixes and eventually tried reinstalling cydia using the blackra1n app, although this fixed my problem, I now have another... All my cydia packages under "Manage" have disappeared, the pafkages are still installed on my iPod (e.g SBSettings still functions) but the packages dont appear in Cydia, anyone got a fix?
    Thanks, Luke104

Sounds like ur screwed. I recommend restoring and re-jailbreaking. It will be the easiest way.

Also just had this issue and I have found you just have to reinstall all the packages. I went from 43 down to 7 now, and I can't remember the rest besides 3. So I will have a total of 10 of the 43 I used to have.

Not to hijack, but is there a way for us to see previous packages installed? Like a log of some sort we could look at?
