Problem! When I turn my ipod on it just comes up with a screen with the wire and an itunes logo on. When I connect my itunes does not even recognise Ipod and I get the error "iTunes could not connect to the iPod "" beacause an unknown error occured (0xE800022)"

    Whats wrong with it??

what did you do before this happened??

Have you used Ziphone at all??

    You'll probably need to restore.

If you unplug your iPod do you still get the same message?

use Ziphone and put it into DFU mode, then restore with iTunes.
